Dear Brett,
We felt the need to write this letter to express a sincere thank you to both yourself and some of the staff who catered to us during our week-end convention held at your facility.
Firstly, your professionalism shown to us from our first meeting until we departed was outstanding. Some hotels that we have used in the past never follow through with our needs; you certainly made this happen without a hitch the entire week-end.
Special thanks to Glenda, she was amazing in organizing our banquets; and making changes as we passed them along to her. She is truly a dedicated employee of your hotel, which I am sure you are every grateful to have.
During the week-end the three housekeeping staff members on our floor we dealt with were extremely compliant to deal with - Lilly, Valerie and Sharon made sure we had everything we needed.
We would certainly be remiss if we didn't mention Tom, who decorated for us and kept us laughing.
Please convey our thanks to your staff, and once again thanks to yourself for adding so much to our Convention.
